The Bacchanalian Society is a sip and support organization based in beautiful Denver, Colorado. We organize between two and four wine tastings each year, the proceeds of which support local nonprofits. Join us at our next event and mingle with 200 of your closest winos, and support a wonderful cause.
Bacchanalian Society events are designed to integrate social and professional networking with philanthropy. And wine, of course. These events are ideal for both wine novices and wine experts. Everyone is welcome, as long as you’re over 21.
Each event is organized the same. At the beginning of the event, a local sommelier (aka the resident wine pro) will demystify the wine-tasting process and introduce the event’s featured varietal. Check out the official Bacchanalian Society Rules to understand how our unique events work. The nonprofit beneficiary of the evening receives 100% of the net proceeds.
The Denver Bacchanalian Society is based upon the original Bacchanalian Society of Greater Cincinnati. It is run by co-presidents Max Mayeda and Jordyn Michaud, who took over for founders David Ball and Mark Starosciak in 2015, and joined by new board members Chelsey Augelli and Catherine Moede.
If you are a Denver-area 501(c)(3) interested in partnering with the Bacchanalian Society for a fundraising event, please complete the application on the Beneficiary page and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
